Please note that these are college-level (freshmen) courses and, as such, usually require significantly more time and effort than the "typical" high school level class.  The required AP exams are given in May of each year.  College level classes use college level textbooks.  The AP science courses may require additional laboratory work outside of the school day due to the specialized nature of laboratory work.  AP courses are weighted.
