Championship Legacy

Lawrence Central High School Championship Legacy

Established in 1940, Lawrence Central High School is a proud member of the Indiana High School Athletic Association. The Bears have been members of the Metropolitan Interscholastic Conference since 2012. Previous to that, our conference affiliations included the Mid-State Conference, Capital District Capital District, Central Suburban Conference, and Conference Indiana. Our students also have actively competed in Marion County tournaments since the early 1940s. Our student-athletes have also been recipients of numerous individual accolades. This championship legacy is one of the many reasons we are the Pride of 56th Street.
