Paige Logan, MS, LAT, ATC
Athletic Trainer
Paige received her bachelor's degree from Cedarville University and her master's degree from Ohio University. She has been a trainer here at LC since 2019. She is an avid runner and has run multiple marathons.
Collin Rarig, CSCS
Strength and Conditioning Coach
Coach Rarig played collegiate football at IU and was an undrafted free agent signee of the Atlanta Falcons. He also played for the Pittsburgh Steelers during his NFL career.
His previous coaching stops include Anderson University, Georgia Southern University, and Indiana University.
Alec Burton, MSAT, LAT, ATC
Athletic Trainer
Alec received his bachelor's degree from Ball State and his master's from the University of Indianapolis. He joined the LC staff in 2024.

Dr. Chris DeFalco, MD, DO
Team Physician
Dr. Defalco is a graduate of The University of Illinois-Chicago where he received both his bachelors and medical degrees. He completed his orthopedic residency at IU and a sports medicine shoulder fellowship at TRIA Orthopedic Center in Bloomington Minn. He is board certified in Orthopedic Medicine. Among his previous stops before joining Community Health Network was a time as a member of the Minnesota Twins medical staff.

Physical Examinations and Emergency Contact Information
All students who wish to participate in interscholastic athletics must have an IHSAA pre-participation physical exam dated after April 1 of the year the school year begins on file in the athletic office in order to attend conditioning, tryouts, or any other athletic activity.
Additionally, all students must have an electronic emergency form on file every school year (Smartsheet).
