Coach McIntosh takes over the program after having served as a varsity assistant last year. Coach McIntosh also previously coached at Belzer Middle School.

Coach McIntosh is an LC graduate. She won 7 varsity letters in her time here at LC. She was a 3 year varsity golfer and  4 year letter winner in softball. She was named the LC Female Athlete of the Year in her senior year.  After graduation from LC, she was a preferred walk-on in softball at Appalachian State University where she graduated with a degree in hospitality management.
